We are pleased to announce that Denise Klinker has joined McCreadie Group in the role of Director of the Educational Products Business Unit. In this newly created role, Denise will partner with PharmAcademic clients to support innovative educational processes, ensure pharmacy student and resident success, and assist with maximizing clients’ operational efficiencies using PharmAcademic. She reports to Elena Stegemann, COO and leads the PharmAcademic team consisting of Amy Bridges, Client Success Manager, and Jennifer Drabing, Education Specialist, who will continue to serve as the first point of contact for clients. Denise will oversee the development and strategic planning of PharmAcademic and work closely with clients to enhance the role of PharmAcademic in supporting pharmacy education at all levels.
Denise received both her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Florida. She has extensive health-systems based practice experience in informatics, operations and administration in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Most recently, she held a faculty position at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and served as the Director of Experiential Programs. She was responsible for overseeing the experiential operations, as well as developing and maintaining the APPE and IPPE curriculum using a continuous quality improvement process. Additionally, Denise served as a member of the curriculum committee and taught in multiples courses relating to pharmacy informatics and health-systems practice. She has served as a preceptor to IPPE, APPE students as well as PGY1 residents throughout her career in the areas of informatics, hospital administration, and academia.
