The McCreadie Group was founded by a pharmacist who is keenly aware of the challenges and day-to-day needs of pharmacists, pharmacy students, pharmacy residents, and educators. Scott McCreadie

President and CEO

Scott is the founder and president of McCreadie Group. Prior to starting McCreadie Group, Scott worked in large academic medical centers as a pharmacy informaticist. During this time, he designed and developed what later became McCreadie Group’s flagship product. Scott started the University of Michigan’s PGY2 residency in Pharmacy Informatics. His expertise and insights in pharmacy residency training, investigational drugs, and pharmacy automation are behind the strategies and tactics of McCreadie Group. Scott earned his Pharm D at the University of Michigan and holds an MBA from Oakland University.

 Elena Stegemann

Chief Operating Officer

screen-shot-2016-11-29-at-2-51-31-pmElena joined McCreadie Group as Chief Operating Officer and brings excellent collaboration and strong general management skills to the role. Elena is focused on developing McGreadie Group’s organizational capabilities, to make sure our company is well positioned to grow as we continue to build on our leadership position in our target markets. Elena has over 20 years of experience leading in both global corporations (including General Electric, Coca-Cola and Delta Airlines), as well as developing smaller businesses into successful enterprises. Her areas of expertise include Strategy, Manufacturing, Operations and International Business. Elena’s work has earned her a number of professional awards, including being a two-time recipient of the President’s E Award. Elena earned her BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and her MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.


Denise Klinker

Director of Educational Products – PharmAcademic

Denise manages McCreadie Group’s Educational product, PharmAcademic. She works closely with our clients to support innovative educational processes, ensures pharmacy student and resident success, and assists with maximizing clients’ operational efficiencies using PharmAcademic. Denise received both her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Florida. She has extensive health systems based practice experience in informatics, operations, and administration in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Most recently, she held a faculty position at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and served as the Director of Experiential Programs. Additionally, Denise served as a member of the curriculum committee and taught in multiples courses relating to pharmacy informatics and health-systems practice.  She has served as a preceptor to IPPE, APPE students as well as PGY1 residents.

 


Michael Schlesselman

Director of Research Products – Vestigo

Mike manages McCreadie Group’s Investigational Drug Service product Vestigo. Mike completed his pharmacy practice residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and has served in technology-oriented, clinical and administrative leadership roles in pharmacy. As Director of Information Services Project Management on the hospital side of the pharmacy business, Mike served as the primary project manager for the EMR implementation at a community hospital. He has been very involved in the ASHP Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology in a variety of roles. Mike has been recognized as a Fellow by ASHP and has received his CPHIMS certification from HIMSS. He earned his Pharm D from Creighton University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.

 

 


Amy L. Bridges

Customer Success Manager

Amy comes to the McCreadie Group with a background in education.  Amy works closely with PharmAcademic clients with a focus on training and support.  She transfers her knowledge of the needs of customers and ideas on the forefront of pharmacy education to the design of new PharmAcademic features. With a career alternating between the classroom and educational software design, coupled with an MA in curriculum and instruction from the University of Indianapolis, Amy understands the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing software in educational environments. Amy also has a B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue.

 

 

 

 


Lindsay Groth

Marketing Manager

Lindsay is a marketing and brand strategist who brings over 12+ years of experience working with non-profits and Fortune 500 brands. She most recently transitioned from the University of Michigan as a Senior Marketing and Membership Manager where she developed multi-channel strategic plans to generate leads and retain customers. Lindsay holds an M.B.A. from Wayne State University and a B.S.B.A. from Central Michigan University double majoring in Marketing and Logistics. She also received her Digital Marketing certification from New York University. She is active in the Ann Arbor community serving as a board member, guest lecturer at EMU, and involved in the Ann Arbor Pioneer Hall of Fame event marketing supporting its Athletic Department.

 

 

 


Jennifer Drabing

Educational Specialist

Jennifer provides PharmAcademic clients with training and personal, timely support.  She develops the training documentation and educational materials for PharmAcademic and is always looking at ways to improve training methods and support resources. Additionally, Jennifer creates and delivers PharmAcademic communications to keep current and potential clients informed about our product. Jennifer joined McCreadie Group with a background in professional writing and education. She has a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.A. from Eastern Michigan University. She has taught Professional Writing at local colleges and universities and has considerable experience as a technical writer and editor. As a professional educator and communicator, she is committed to providing simple and effective training modules, help documentation, and meaningful product communications.

 

 


Barrie Gura

Research Pharmacy Analyst

Barrie provides customer support for Vestigo clients.  Her main responsibilities include managing inbound support calls, as well as providing ongoing education and training for Vestigo users.  Barrie is passionate about continuous improvement and helping her clients get the most of their Vestigo solution.  Prior to joining us at McCreadie Group, Barrie has previous experience as a pharmacy technician at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, where she worked in inpatient and investigational drug service pharmacies.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from California State University at Long Beach, and her Master’s degree from UCLA in Community Health Sciences and Public Health.

 

 

 

 


Cherish Lallone

Business Analyst

Cherish heads the programming department for both of our software products, Vestigo and PharmAcademic. She comes to McCreadie Group with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in IT management. After building a strong skill-set in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management in Detroit’s Automotive Industry, Cherish transitioned to McCreadie Group, where she is applying her skills to streamline and improve our software development processes.
